Job Description:

Monitoring:
– Dedicatedly check the GY monitoring in daily basic (including weekend and Holidays)
– Send email to report the issue/abnormal condition of RTS porfolios for the Head of O&M and Director of Operations.
– Monitor the performance of the site, perform pre- diagnosis of any abnormal condition profound and closely cordinate with Maintenance Engineer if any site interventions needed.
– Teamviewering to Smartlogger for an in-depth analysis of the malfunctioning if needed. Apply some actions such as adjusting voltage window to prevent the loss of yield due to grid overvoltage.
– Contact Envision if any monitoring incidents profound through monitoring.
– Coordination with Maintenance technicians (Viettel) for the signal checking.
– Update issue record in the table record and GY monitoring website.
Document handled over check:
– Check the as-built document (drawings, technical documents, license and contract…) handed over by Construction team, store neatly in the O&M As-bult folder.
– Feedback the lack and missing and confirm the condition of document. Final confirmation of the adequateness of the document for the proper and official acceptance for the hand over activities.

EVN curtailment:
– Receive the requests of curtailment of EVN PIC, update the request in the follow-up table.
– Send notification email to client including document/curtailment circular of EVN PIC for the clarification of every curtailment.
– TeamViewering (for the site having curtailment) every morning in daily basic to set up the curtailment command by Smartlogger (Huawei) functions.
– In cause the TeamViewer was unavailable due to loss of internet connection, dispatch Viettel site technicians to turn off inverters manually at site based on the rate of curtailment. Follow up and dispatch Viettel site technicians turn on back at the end of curtailment requests.
– Follow up during the curtailment period and remove the commands after end of curtailment requests.
– Calculate the monthly loss of revenue by EVN curtailment requests.

Invoicing:
For EVN Invoice:
– Receive the EVN production report and manually update the production numbers in the gymonitoring system for execuation.
For client invoice:
– Download the data from gymonitoring, update to the client invoicing template (including EVN number to calculate the self-consumption from client)
– Support Senior performance Engineer in calculation of the ToP unused of ToP scheme PPA.
– Double check in internal O&M team before sending to Director of Operations for the approval.
– Be involved in the loop of accounting for the official email of production report/VAT invoice to client, be available for the technical explanation/clarifications for client in term of yield concerns. Provide additional/supported document if required to tighten and get the consent of client for the yield

Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required

Experience: Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in solar industry, O&M.

Skills & Knowledge:
– Electricity, Solar Energy, Monitoring and PLC system.
– Computer skills, MS Excel is required
– Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
– Possess of strong interpersonal and influential skills
– Good command of English
– Able to work independently
