Report to:  Head of Project Development

Subordinate: Project Development Engineer – Energy Efficiency

Job Description:

– Support BD in EE proposal & project development,

– Analyze opportunity & performance data collected during Energy Audits,
– Analyze & manage Savings calculation for different types of
solutions (HVAC, BMS, Lighting, Refrigeration, etc.),
– Experience with EE financial project analysis,

– Support Legal in EE project contract validation,

– Find, identify suppliers & contractors, select and manage them,

– Procurement process support,
– Create, organize and maintain documents related to projects to
ensure better follow-up,

– Manage other EE team members of Construction and O&M, from kick-off meeting to commissioning including warranty period,
– Other task as assigned by Line manager

Requirements:

Background with Energy / Mechanical / Electrical engineering is a must.

IPMVP – International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol; ISO 50006 & 50015 is a plus
