Personal Data Processing Policy
GreenYellow Vietnam Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “GreenYellow Vietnam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its registered office at 30th Floor, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is a legal entity duly established and operating under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) is developed and issued by GreenYellow Vietnam to govern and regulate:
(i) The subjects and scope of application of this Policy;
(ii) The purposes and methods of data collection and processing;
(iii) Data processing procedures;
(iv) The rights and obligations of relevant parties;
(v) Violations and handling of violations; and
(vi) Other matters relating to the processing of information in the form of symbols, written text, numbers, images, sounds, or similar forms in an electronic environment that is associated with a specific individual or helps identify a specific individual (“Personal Data”) of all individuals specified in Article 2 of this Policy.

This Policy applies to all individuals specified in Article 2 of the Policy, including:

(iii) Individual Contractors;
(iv) Other Individuals. For the avoidance of doubt, customers, prospective customers, and users of the greenyellow.com.vn and greenyellow.vn websites (collectively, the “Website”) are considered Other Individuals under this Policy.

4. Our Data Security Measures
4.1. Our commitment to security and confidentiality
Respecting your right to personal data protection, as well as ensuring the security and confidentiality of your information, is a top priority for GreenYellow.
GreenYellow implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, proportionate to the sensitivity of each category of personal data, to protect such data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure to unauthorized parties.
From the earliest stages of developing, designing, selecting, and operating services involving the processing of personal data, GreenYellow integrates data protection principles into its processes and operations.
Where appropriate or necessary, we apply measures such as anonymization (the irreversible processing of personal data so that an individual can no longer be identified) and pseudonymization (the processing of personal data in a manner that prevents the identification of an individual without the use of additional information kept separately and subject to appropriate safeguards[1]) to further enhance the protection of personal data.
As personal data is confidential information, access is granted only to GreenYellow personnel or authorized service providers whose access is necessary for the performance of their assigned duties. All individuals authorized to access personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to disciplinary measures or other sanctions in the event of a breach of these obligations.
Any sharing of personal data with third parties is governed by contractual arrangements designed to ensure the protection of personal data and the respect of data subjects’ rights.
GreenYellow is committed to safeguarding the personal data that you entrust to us. As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen information security, we also encourage you to take appropriate measures to protect your own personal data, including preventing unauthorized access and securing your devices such as computers, smartphones, and tablets with strong passwords that are updated regularly.
If you share your device with others, we recommend that you log out of your account after each session.
