Flexible Working Hours
We provide good working conditions to Employees and support their work-life balance. the policy of FWH applies to all full-time Employees of GreenYellow Vietnam.
Public Holidays
In addition to regular public holidays prescribed by the Government according to the Vietnam Labor Law, The Employee will have one extra day off for Christmas on December 25 every year.
Annual Leave
The Employee will have more than twelve (12) annual leave days as prescribed by Vietnam Labor Law, depending on the level and position, the Employee will have total annual leave up from 14 to 25 days per year.
Sick Leave
The Employee is entitled to up to 10 days with fully paid sick leave by the Company for each calendar year. Employee with less than 12 months of employment shall be pro-rated to the length of service (proportion to the number of days he/she has worked).
Extra Healthcare Insurance
Besides the Health insurance provided by Vietnam Labor Law, all Full-time Permanent Employees are entitled to an Extra healthcare insurance scheme. Employees will be enrolled into the Company's approved healthcare plan effective from the date of their first joining date.
Grab Business Account
For business purpose and other demand regarding to delivery documents to our clients, the Company provides all Employees permission to use Grab Business Account, it means that you don’t have to pay for these expenses with Corporate Billing payment method.
Annual Check-up
As part of the Company health and wellness program, the Company will offer an annual physical check-up to our Employees. This physical check-up will be held one-time per year.
Gifts On Special Occasions
On special occasions, the company will pay a subsidy or the company union will pay directly to the employee to motivate, congratulate, comfort or encourage the employee.
